Initial Contact
The landlord is notified as soon as a booking is made. They can contact the tenant to confirm the stay details.
Rental Agreement
Signing of the rental contract directly between the landlord and tenant. LemurLoc provides signature tracking.
Financial Transactions
All financial transactions (deposit, rent, security deposit) are made directly between the landlord and tenant. LemurLoc does not handle payments but allows you to track their status.
Key Handover
Coordination of key handover between both parties. The landlord can mark this step as completed in the application.
Property Inspection
Move-in and move-out inspections are carried out directly by the landlord and tenant. LemurLoc allows tracking of their completion.
Check-out
Full tracking until the tenant's departure, including check-out inspection confirmation and closure of the rental file.
